SpinPoi for Disabled is a 4-session creative movement program designed to help people with limited ability explore movement, rhythm, coordination and self-expression in a supportive environment.
Using poi, participants learn simple movements and patterns through structured play, free exploration, routines and gentle cool-down activities.

Sessions can be adapted for seated or standing participation, with participants encouraged to work within their own comfortable range of movement and take breaks whenever they need them.
There is no pressure to be perfect and no requirement to perform. Every participant can learn, explore and progress in their own way.
The program is particularly suited to young people with disabilities, challenges, disadvantages or quirks who enjoy music, movement, creativity, rhythm or trying something different.
